General. This website and its affiliated media accounts are owned and operated by Tassie4Kids Tasmanian Travel Site (Tassie4Kids). By using any of the Tassie4Kids Website or affiliated media accounts, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions that follow and to use the Tassie4Kids Website or affiliated media accounts in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Tassie4Kids Website or affiliated media accounts including products and services. Accessing the Tassie4Kids Website or affiliated media accounts, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Tassie4Kids Website or affiliated media accounts and your agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Children's Privacy. Tassie4Kids has the sole right to delete, remove, block, ban and refuse to keep online or republish any content shared on our Tassie4Kids Website or affiliated media accounts that are deemed inappropriate and is a breach of Children's rights and privacy. Any image seen as provocative, sexual, containing nudity, offensive, violent or of a similar defaming nature towards children under the age of 18 will be reported to Police immediately. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we share images and stories provided to us on our Tassie4Kids website or affiliated media accounts and use # and @ tags to promote our posts. Unfortunately, Tassie4Kids cannot control how the use of any image or video of a child is reproduced by a Third Party after Tassie4Kids has re-shared a tagged or provided image/video. As a countermeasure, we only use images and videos of children that were provided to us legally, and we will never ask intimate questions or request your children's personal details. Third Parties. Part of our Tassie4Kids Website or affiliated media accounts contains materials submitted to Tassie4Kids by Third Parties (including content submitted by members of the general public such as a child's parents and/or legal guardians). It is the responsibility of these Third Parties to ensure that the materials submitted for inclusion on our Tassie4Kids website or affiliated media accounts comply with national and relevant foreign laws. Reposting by Third Parties may occur as a result of our content shared on our Tassie4Kids website or affiliated media accounts. However, the majority of Third Party Privacy Policies stipulate that permission is required before any reposting or using an image with a child under 18. Tassie4Kids takes no responsibility for a Third Party who does not obtain this permission but will endeavour to resolve any non- financial issues or concerns that may arise as a result. The Tassie4Kids Website & affiliated media accounts are provided solely for your personal non-commercial use. You may not use the Tassie4Kids Website or affiliated media in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorised by Tassie4Kids. More specifically, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from the Tassie4Kids website or affiliated media accounts without prior permission. By posting, tagging via #tassie4kids or @tassie4kids, or submitting any material (including, without limitation, comments, blog entries, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, YouTube or Vimeo postings, photos and videos) to us via the website, internet groups, social media venues, or to any of our staff via email, text or otherwise, you are representing:
(i) That you are the owner of the material or are making your posting or submission with the express consent of the owner of the material.
(ii) That you are eighteen years of age or older. In addition, when you submit, email, text or deliver or post any material, you are granting us, and anyone authorised by us, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, transmit, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute, and/or publicly perform or display such material, in whole or in part, in any manner or medium, now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose. In other words, you are allowing us to reproduce your content at our discretion. Tassie4Kids will only reproduce your content for the sole purpose of promoting Tassie4Kids Website or affiliated media accounts, activities, posts, articles, competitions and marketing campaigns, unless otherwise agreed to by you, and

Copyright. We create all our own content and we find our images via Creative Commons if we don’t supply them ourselves or get permission from the artist to use their work. If you feel that your copyright rights have been violated, please send us an email and and we will gladly remove it.
