Danielle Ross Walls

Danielle loves exploring Tasmania with her two boys. As a Feature Writer, her main role is travelling around Tasmania experiencing great tours and destinations and writing an article about her family experience. As Tassie4Kids does not write reviews, Danielle shares a story about what her family did and enjoyed in a casual manner, rather than critique.

Danielle is also a published author. Her first published co-written book is called Working Mums - Stories by real women on how they manage children, work and life.

Her other big loves are her boys and family time firstly, and then, in no particular order, the works of Charles Dickens, Scotland, photographing fungi, passionate people making the world better, reading, animals, collecting vintage Enid Blyton books, Tasmania, dreaming and creating, and her idol, J.K. Rowling.

Working Mums - Stories by real women on how they manage children, work and life

In 2015 Danielle created and directed the first expo for working mothers, Career Ideas for Mums, in Melbourne.

Her first published co-written book, Working Mums - Stories by real women on how they manage children, work and life - published by Finch Sydney, was an idea born from this event, and has inspiring stories from many Aussie mums, including Missy Higgins and Olympian Alisa Camplin.
